Southwestern Junior-Senior High School’s mission is to encourage and challenge our students to explore and strive for excellence in academics, civics, and extracurricular activities. Through standards-based curriculum, innovative instruction, Advanced Placement (AP) classes, college and career readiness programs, and partnerships with IVY Tech and Blue River Career Center, we are providing innovative 21st century opportunities and skills to our students.

 As Principal of SWHS, I am dedicated to providing the most effective educational system for our students. SWHS provides students with opportunities for hands-on learning, academic choice, and civic learning that will prepare them to be competent and successful members of our community. When students are in the hallways of SWHS, Spartan Nation thrives. The staff has a passion for educating students academically while supporting their social - emotional health and strives to provide the best learning opportunities for our students throughout the year.
